VENDOR FEES
The Vendor Fee will be charged at the time of your "APPLICATION APPROVAL STATUS"
Funds must be available from card on file at time of application approval. Failure of charge/Insufficient funds will result in immediate application withdraw. Early bird vendor pricing is available until March 31, 2025.

ALL VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE TO OTHER BUSINESSES OR EVENT DATES- NO EXCEPTIONS
If you select to be added to the waiting list on your application, you WILL BE CHARGED WAITING LIST FEE of $25. Upon cancellations, waiting list vendors will be selected and fee will be applied to total vendor cost. THE WAITING LIST FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE TO OTHER BUSINESSES OR EVENT DATES
